Gary Chagnon, a visionary with a background in architectural design, founded the company with a simple yet powerful vision: to build energy-crafted homes that not only met the needs of homeowners but also exceeded their expectations in terms of sustainability and efficiency. Throughout the 90s, CBR established itself as a leader in crafting homes that were not only beautiful but also environmentally friendly, setting new standards for excellence in the industry.
As the new millennium dawned, Gary Chagnon saw an opportunity to expand the company's offerings into the remodeling space. Leveraging his expertise in architectural design and construction, CBR began transforming outdated spaces into modern, functional, and visually stunning environments, earning a reputation for excellence in remodeling services.
In 2012, the next chapter of our story began with Gary's son, Patrick Chagnon, who joined the family business as a carpenter's apprentice. With a passion for craftsmanship and a drive for excellence, Patrick quickly distinguished himself, working his way up from apprentice to lead carpenter. His dedication, work ethic, and innate talent for construction operations soon caught the attention of his father, Gary.
Today, Patrick Chagnon serves as the Lead Estimator and Director of Construction Operations, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. Working closely with his father, Gary, who serves as the company President and Lead Designer, Patrick brings a fresh perspective and a commitment to innovation that drives CBR forward into the future.
